
It took me to fix only for 30 min and my friends loved it! With their endorsement, I am spreading this easy and effective recipe. (I served it with spring mix salad, added micro veggie and home - made Asian dressing. I will share the recipe in the next post.
Ingredients for MLTS (Men Loves This Steak)
* 2 (8 ounces) beef rib eye steaks - 3/4" thick
* steak seasoning (or black pepper & kosher salt)
* 3 thick slices bacon
* 1/2 cup thinly slices red bell pepper
* 2 table spoons of butter
* 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
* 8 ounces small mushrooms (quarters)
* 2 table spoons of blue cheese (you can use feta cheese if you are not a fan of blue cheese)
Directions
(I grilled the steak in skillet though, the original recipe came as grilled. Check out the web if you are cooking in grill!

1. Season the steaks in both sides with steak seasoning.
2. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towers. Leave grease in the pan.
3. Grill the steaks on skillet. Heat up before you put the steak on. Cook for 6 - 7 minutes, turning once, or to your desired degree of doneness.
4. While the steaks are cooking, stir the butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard into the bacon grease. Cook and stir over medium- high heat until better has melted. Add the red bell pepper and mushrooms; cook and stir until tender.
5. To serve, place steaks onto plates. Top with bacon, then sprinkle blue cheese and then the vegetables. Serve immediately.
